No kidding, I was a little worried about reporting on it because of how strange the injury was but I figured fans would want to know why he's out.

Wow...that can't be baseball related. What a weird thing to have ANAL FISSURE. Sounds gross, but I hope that he isn't out for to long I think this may be a year for him. But now to find out that his anus isn't right...who knows!

The Astros really looked good out there. Let's see if they can keep it up when the games count. Great blog! Hopefully the Colt 45 fever won't strike the boys into another annual slump around the all star break. Let's face it...Clemens is good for 15 wins easy!

Craig is the greatest Astro of all time- he exemplifies what it means to be an Astro. Maybe because Houston is such a working-class city do we appreciate those players who are willing to put in the extra amount of work or "grind" for the greater good. I read another article where Berkman said that younger players find it hard to identify with Biggio, or that Craig is a hard person to get close to. It is sad for me to think that our young talent may be sitting next to the greatest role model they will ever know and miss the opportunity because he doesn't chat with them on MySpace or participate in tea-parties. From miles away in my living room or from the cheap seats I have seen the sacrifices Craig has made for us and our city. I never had to meet the man to be inspired by him- he is the heart of Houston.
