This looks to be the projected lineup, starters, and bullpen for opening day 2008 according to SpringTraining08.com. The batting order is very strong in the middle so hopefully we see our fair share of homers this season. Pitching looks good but not great. Mostly because there is a little bit of inexperience in the bullpen and some uncertainty about how productive the starters will be. One thing we can count on is Jose Valverde to close games out. If a game is ready to be won, he’ll be there to slam the door. Lets hope for a strong showing from everyone and a great 2008 season.
